1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) It will be better for all members to be able to read and understand english and to respect the site rules. We do not wish to delete your account unless to be forced to do it because of you. Try to be honest & respect full as we are for you. HELP US TO HELP YOU!
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.We must also be able to check your IP Provenance so all private IP adress will be not accepted.
4) Membership requirements: Members from the following countries China, Hong Kong, Tawain, Thailand and Korea are free to join swannbux. However due to the majority of those attempting to cheat the system being from these countries you MUST upgrade your account on a monthly or yearly basis in order to earn here.If you are from one of the above mentioned countries, have basic membership and request a cash-out it will be denied.
Please be honest when joining about your Country. I do Check IP addresses and if you are found lying your account will be terminated. Many Advertisers target certain countries and if you lie to me, they are being lied to and I will NOT have that!
5) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering and you have to provide your real name on your profile not some sign or random letters. If you do not wish comply, do not sign up or your account will be deleted.
6) As some people persist to sign up without follow the site rules, we will not pay that kind of people as we are tired to repeat over and over the same thing so we write below the must do for the last time.•Must write my real name & forename in my profile ( Not random letters or initials )•Must write my right country ( we can verify when you are really from•Must click at least 2 link after activation ( If I sign up, it is for win some cash )•Must read the TOS before register•Must activate my account when I get the activation email•Must be active ( inactive account will be deleted after 30 days )•Must read the message in my message center account
7) Your upline cannot be changed.
8) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
9) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
10) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, general misuse of the system or inactivities for up to 30 Days and you will lost all your earning & privileges. All no clickers will be deleted after registration.( We suppose if you sign up, it is for win some extra cash so you must click and visit links to do so.)
11) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
12) For now on it will be no more than 45 direct referrals from the same country than the member. If a member take more than 45 direct referrals from his country, the surplus will be deleted or added to the rental system.
13) All payout are made either by Paypal or Alertpay and can take 10 to 15 business days for Standard members and from 1 to 10 business days for Upgraded members. We will always try to pay under the indicated delay above. All payout request are checked manually for security matter against the cheateurs.nIt will be for now, 1 payout request from 5 days to 10 days for Upgraded member ( Dependable of the chosen Membership) and 1 payout request every 2 weeks for standard member. If some members does not comply we will delete their account without any warning.
14) After a long reflexion, we at least understand why some members purchase with Paypal and claim payout with Alertpay, the reason is very simple, effectly, it's more easy to open a Paypal dispute than an Alertpay dispute as Paypal is very fast to block our account than Alertpay. So we have decided this thing.
- Members who purchase with Paypal must claim payout with Paypal
- Members who purchase with Alertpay must claim their payout with Alertpay.
15) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination. Purchase made with paypal must be made by verified paypal account. All payment made by unverified account will be cancelled.
16) From now on, all members must invest in swannbux after get the Total Amount of Payout. Please check the upgrade membership page on your swannbux account for more info.
17) All funds in your purchase account balance are not refundable and you should use it to buy advert package or rent referrals. We will delete all inactive members every 4 weeks. We will delete all account who does not respect the site rules, members and swannbux staff. All deleted account will lose all their earning. We will delete all members who get some (good) idea to open a paypal or alertpay dispute without send us a support message before act.
18) Site Statement and Disclosure: Swannbux.com is NOT an MLM, Pyramid Scheme, or Get-Rich-Quick program. We do not require you to pay any fees ever to join and participate in our site. We do not require you to have a website or sell any product to use our service. We do not require you to refer anyone to our site to use our service. You will not get rich by using our program. We are an internet advertising program in which you receive payment solely on the work you perform.
